Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Sparta, TN is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and families, following plans set by a BCBA. You’ll receive guidance, collaborate with a team, and have opportunities to develop your skills.

Pay is $22–$26 per hour for full-time, Monday through Friday, in-home or community settings. Benefits include health coverage for FT employees, PTO, tuition discounts, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism helpful but not required.
• Ability to meet background check requirements; driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults following BCBA plans.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBA and participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
