Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and families in in-home and community settings in Greenbrier, Tennessee.

You will receive guidance from a BCBA, collaborate with a supportive team, and have opportunities for ongoing professional development and supervision.

This full-time position, Monday–Friday, includes paid training, BCBA supervision, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience with children or autism helpful but not required.
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Record session data and documentation on time.
• Share observations with supervising BCBA.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Build respectful relationships with clients and families.
