Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children and young adults with autism in in-home or community settings in Kingsport, Tennessee. You'll follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA and receive guidance, supervision, and professional development opportunities.

This part-time role offers pay of $22 to $26 per hour, paid training, and benefits for FT employees plus PTO and tuition discounts.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain RBT training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication and reliability; eager to learn.
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Share observations with your supervising BCBA.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
