Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and families in Knoxville, TN. The RBT will deliver one-on-one ABA services under BCBA supervision, following individualized treatment plans and recording progress.

This full-time in-home/community role offers paid training, ongoing BCBA supervision, health benefits, PTO, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism helpful but not required
• Ability to meet applicable background check requirements
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required

Responsibilities

• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions
• Use the treatment strategies and behavior support plans developed for each client
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time
• Share observations and questions with your supervising BCBA
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families
