Job summary

HireCare Services in Holly Springs, NC is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities. You’ll provide 1:1 therapy in home settings, collect data, and communicate progress to your BCBA

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification OR willingness to obtain certification (training provided)
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home-based settings under the supervision of a BCBA
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Collect accurate behavioral data during sessions
• Communicate progress with your supervising BCBA
• Complete timely session notes and documentation
• Build positive, professional relationships with clients and families
