Job summary

HireCare Services is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality behavioral support through in-home ABA therapy in Hickory, NC, and surrounding areas. This part-time or full-time role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain (training support provided)
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent is required

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA
• Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect data during each session
• Share updates and progress with the BCBA team
• Complete clear and timely session notes
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
