Job summary

HireCare Services in Salisbury, NC is seeking compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality in-home ABA therapy. You’ll work 1:1 with children under BCBA supervision, collecting data, following individualized plans, and collaborating with families to develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Excellent communication, patience, and professionalism.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Deliver structured teaching, play, and positive reinforcement.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Share progress with BCBA team and complete session notes.
• Build supportive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
