Job summary

HireCare Services in Goldsboro, NC is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide in-home ABA therapy to children with autism and related developmental disabilities. This part-time role offers flexibility, growth, and meaningful impact for families.

You’ll work under a BCBA, deliver 1:1, collect data, and build supportive relationships while maintaining professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training support provided).
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate session data and share updates with the BCBA team.
• Complete clear and timely session notes.
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families.
