Job summary

Skyward Spectrum is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide direct ABA therapy to children in-home, school, and community settings across Georgia. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement individualized treatment plans and collect accurate session data.

This role offers flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time), opportunities for professional growth, and benefits for full-time staff. An RBT certification is preferred with willingness to certify within 30 days.

Qualifications

• RBT certification preferred or willing to obtain within 30 days.
• Compassion and patience toward children with disabilities.
• Must be able to lift 35 pounds.
• Able to travel to client homes.
• Experience with children (ABA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 instruction consistent with best practice in ABA therapy.
• Implement the treatment plan created by your BCBA supervisor.
• Travel to client homes.
• Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
• Collect detailed behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions and input into an electronic device, logging all hours and data accurately.
• Attend Monthly Staff Meetings.
• Communicate with parents and with BCBA to improve treatment over time.
• Take detailed session notes.
