Skyward Spectrum provides in-home ABA therapy and is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct therapy to clients. You will work with a BCBA supervisor to implement treatment plans and collect data during sessions.

Flexibility includes part-time daytime or evening hours with in-home, school, and community settings. The role emphasizes compassionate care for children, reliability, and strong communication with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain within 30 days.
• Strong compassion for children with disabilities and families.
• Technological proficiency with mobile devices (Apple/Android).
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 ABA instruction to clients.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Travel to client homes and collaborate with BCBA.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Attend staff meetings and communicate with parents and BCBA.
