Job summary

Finni Health is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in O'Fallon, MO to deliver in-home ABA therapy. You will work with a BCBA to implement individualized interventions, monitor progress, and engage with families to support skill development.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, hands-on data recording, and participation in ongoing training. A background check is required and new hires may receive a conditional offer pending screening results.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children, especially those with special needs.
• Active CPR certification and active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community.
• Collect and record data on child’s progress.
• Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities.
