Job summary

Finni Health in St. Charles, MO is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-person ABA therapy.

You will work with a BCBA to deliver personalized interventions in the home and community, helping children build skills and confidence. The role requires a high school diploma and experience with children with special needs, plus active CPR and RBT certifications and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children (especially those with special needs).
• Active CPR certification.
• Active RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one behavior intervention services in the home and community
• Collect and record data on child’s progress
• Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities
