Job summary

Finni Health is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-person, part-time work in Fenton, MO. The role offers daytime and evening hours with pay of $21–$23 per hour, and involves delivering in-home ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor.

You will collect progress data, collaborate with families, and participate in team meetings and ongoing training while helping children build new skills and confidence.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children, especially with special needs.
• Passion for helping others grow and succeed.
• Reliable transportation.
• Active CPR certification.
• Active RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavior intervention services in the home and community.
• Collect and record data on child's progress.
• Collaborate closely with families and your BCBA supervisor.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training opportunities.
