Job summary

BeeKind ABA Therapy seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings. You will collect data during sessions and document progress with detailed notes, supporting children's growth and development.

Hours are typically 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm, Monday–Friday, in Atlanta, GA, with no weekend work. Opportunities exist for part-time or full-time roles and annual pay increases.

Qualifications

• 40 hour training with ability to discuss ABA content and display of critical thinking skills.
• Valid RBT certification
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients + previous in-home experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress.
• Write detailed session notes documenting client development.
