Job summary

BeeKind ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home, school, and community-based ABA services in McDonough, GA. You will deliver one-on-one sessions, collect data, and document progress to support each child’s development.

The role offers part-time and full-time opportunities, with shift hours 2:00 pm–6:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Competitive pay ($20–$25/hr) plus $2/hr differential after 5 pm, and extensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have 40-hour ABA training and be able to discuss ABA concepts with evidence of critical thinking.
• Valid RBT certification is required.
• Experience as an RBT/BT/Paraprofessional is preferred.
• Proficiency in collecting data and writing detailed session notes.
• Comfort working in various settings and with different clients, with in-home experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes, schools, and community settings.
• Collect data during sessions to track progress and write detailed session notes.
• Contribute to session planning and client progress documentation.
