Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC in Hackettstown, NJ, is seeking RBTs and BTs to provide in-home and community ABA services. Flexible schedules and certification support are offered.

You will work with BCBAs to implement individualized plans, collect data, and help clients develop communication and daily living skills. A high school diploma and 1 year ABA experience are required; RBT certification is encouraged within four months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience.
• Experience working with individuals with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using evidence-based strategies such as reinforcement, prompting, NET, DTT, and task analysis.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Support skill development and independence across everyday environments and routines.
• Accurately collect and record data, complete session documentation, and communicate observations and progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leadership, families, caregivers, teachers, and other team members to provide consistent, high-quality care.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold all ethical and professional standards.
