Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC in Parsippany, NJ is seeking motivated RBTs/BTs to deliver 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings. You will implement treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA and help clients build communication and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of ABA and experience with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Active RBT certification required for the RBT path.
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between client locations.
• Commitment to professional standards and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using evidence-based strategies such as reinforcement, prompting, NET, DTT, and task analysis.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Support skill development and independence across everyday environments and routines.
• Accurately collect and record data, complete session documentation, and communicate observations and progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leadership, families, caregivers, teachers, and other team members to provide consistent, high-quality care.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold all ethical and professional standards.
