Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is hiring RBTs/BTs to provide direct ABA services in home, school, and community settings in Washington Twp, NJ. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and help clients build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of ABA experience, with willingness to obtain RBT certification and participate in ongoing training and supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of ABA and experience working with autism/developmental disabilities.
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for positions requiring travel between client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a BCBA using evidence-based strategies such as reinforcement, prompting, NET, DTT, and task analysis.
• Help individuals develop communication, social, emotional, behavioral, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Support skill development and independence across everyday environments and routines.
• Accurately collect and record data, complete session documentation, and communicate observations and progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical leadership, families, caregivers, teachers, and other team members to provide consistent, high-quality care.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold all ethical and professional standards.
