Job summary

Advanceable ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Durham, NC for in-home, 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. This role offers part-time or full-time schedules with 15–25+ hours weekly and pay ranging from $24 to $26 per hour.

You’ll work in the child’s natural environment, helping build communication, social, and daily-living skills while receiving ongoing mentorship and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or a clear path to certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year experience with kids or individuals with special needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA treatment plans for each child.
• Develop communication, social, behavioral, daily living skills.
• Track progress with session data and notes.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team.
