Student Analyst Program for BCBA

Job summary

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in an in-home setting in Emporia, VA area. You will implement plans created by a BCBA and collect data using our data system.

Must have RBT certification and a high school diploma; experience with developmental disabilities preferred. Availability Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–12:00 PM, with potential Saturday hours. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations if needed

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement treatment plans developed by BCBA
• Collect session data and complete documentation
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Follow individualized behavior intervention and safety plans
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers and team members
• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with clients and families
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time
