Autism Center of Excellence in Virginia Beach, VA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in a home setting. You'll implement BCBA-developed treatment plans, collect session data using our electronic data system, and support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between locations when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect session data and document using the electronic data system.
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development.
• Follow individualized behavior intervention and safety plans.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other team members.
• Maintain professional and compassionate interactions with clients and families.
• Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
