• Record and maintain data on client progress using data systems.
• Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
• Travel to client homes or centers as needed and follow safety protocols.
• Pass background checks and maintain professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Record and maintain data on client progress using electronic systems.
• Implement skill acquisition programs targeting communication, social, adaptive and academic skills.
• Follow behavior reduction protocols designed by the BCBA.
• Assist with generalization of skills across environments and individuals.
• Provide reinforcement and prompting per the client's plan.
• Maintain professional conduct per BACB guidelines where applicable.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the clinical team.
