Job summary

Developmental Pathways, Inc. is seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 in-home support for children and teens with Autism. Under the guidance of a BCBA, you will implement personalized behavior plans, collect data, and help families develop essential skills.

This part-time role offers flexible afternoon, evening or weekend hours, competitive pay up to $26/hour based on experience and RBT certification, mileage reimbursement, and access to benefits for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any field.
• Experience with ABA not required but helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home support to children and teens with Autism or developmental disabilities.
• Implement personalized behavior plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect data to track progress and inform treatment.
