Job summary

HireCare Services is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy in New Bern, NC, under BCBA supervision. This part-time role offers flexibility, professional growth, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in children and families.

You’ll deliver ABA plans, collect data, and track progress, while building warm relationships with clients. Requirements include Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain it, high school diploma, reliability, and strong

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification — or willingness to obtain certification (training support provided).
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, patience and professionalism expected.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Share updates and progress with your BCBA team.
• Complete clear and timely session notes.
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
