Job summary

HireCare Services in Durham, NC, is seeking compassionate and motivated Behavior Technicians to provide in-home ABA therapy. This part-time and full-time role offers flexibility, mentorship from BCBAs, and meaningful impact on children and families across Durham and surrounding areas.

As an RBT, you will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy, collect data, and collaborate with supervising BCBA to implement treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training support provided).
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred).
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Support children in developing communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Share updates and progress with the BCBA team.
• Complete clear and timely session notes.
• Build warm, supportive relationships with children and families.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
