Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy in New Hampshire is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will provide in-home and community based ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

This part-time position offers 15–20 hours per week with a pay range of $19.00–$26.00 per hour. Travel is required to Strafford/Portsmouth and work is in-person, with opportunities to grow skills in

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities autism preferred.
• Understand HIPAA and maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.
• Utilize ABA techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for care coordination.
