Job summary

Achievement Behavior Services is seeking ABA Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the home setting for a 9-year-old student. You will be guided by a BCBA and work through an individualized Behavior Intervention Plan to improve communication, focus, and adaptive behaviors.

You will collect data daily and adjust interventions month-to-month, while collaborating with a supportive leadership network and pursuing professional credentials such as RBT.

Qualifications

• RBT certification and related trainings required.
• Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.
• Ability to stay adaptable under high-stress situations.
• Proven reliability: punctuality and responsiveness.
• Experience with pre-school and elementary-aged children.
• Experience with patients with Autism and development issues.
• NY State requirements and qualifications as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA services in the child’s home environment.
• Work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement BIP goals.
• Collect daily numerical and qualitative data to track progress and adjust interventions.
• Collaborate with the BCBA and family to support communication and behavior goals.
