Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide in-facility OT care, assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering therapy sessions. You will be part of a collaborative rehab team, focusing on restoring independence and function for patients across diverse care settings.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care, teaching patients and caregivers, and adapting to a range of clinical environments within our facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited OT program.
• Initial NBCOT registration is required.
• Active OT license in the practicing state is required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy interventions and therapies.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to support patient outcomes.
• Teach patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence.
• Coordinate care and referrals as needed to optimize recovery.

Education

Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards

Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy

Active OT license in state of practice
