Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide in-facility therapy across our care continuum. You will assess patient needs, design recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to restore independence and improve quality of life.

You will work within a collaborative rehab team, reporting to the Director of Rehab. The role emphasizes patient-centered care and professional growth in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans for occupational therapy.
• Deliver occupational therapy services across care settings.
• Collaborate with rehab team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and safety.
• Document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Education
