Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-facility rehabilitation team. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help patients regain independence and improve quality of life.

You will work with a supportive rehab team, collaborating to tailor care plans, educate patients and caregivers, and promote best practices in a patient-centered setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• Must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide guidance and education to patients and caregivers to promote independence.

Education
