Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our in-facility team. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy to help patients regain independence.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited OT program, initial NBCOT registration, and a valid state OT license. Collaboration with the rehab team and patient education are essential to our patient-centered care approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
• A valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans for OT.
• Deliver occupational therapy to patients in various settings.
• Collaborate with the rehab care team and refer as needed to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and functional skills.
