Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to help patients regain function and independence. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver targeted occupational therapy in an in-facility setting.

You’ll work under the Director of Rehab, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and you may benefit from mentorship, continued education, and visa/relocation sponsorship options where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.
• Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy to patients in an in-facility setting.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to optimize patient care.
• Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity.
