Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation (Powerback) is hiring an Occupational Therapist to deliver in-facility therapy, assess patient needs, and develop recovery plans. You will help patients regain independence and collaborate with the rehab team to optimize outcomes.

Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you will provide patient-centered care, participate in mentorship and ongoing CEU opportunities, and contribute to a compassionate, growth-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from ACOTE-accredited program.
• Initial NBCOT registration or certification.
• Valid OT license as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy.
• Help patients regain independence and functional skills.
• Collaborate with care team to coordinate therapy goals and progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers on activities to promote self-management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy

Initial registration with NBCOT

Valid OT license in state of practice
