Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapist to assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver therapy in in‑facility settings, reporting to the Director of Rehab.

You’ll contribute to a patient‑centered program, align with ACOTE standards and NBCOT certification, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. We offer mentorship and growth opportunities within a nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program.
• Initial NBCOT certification and current state license required.
• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the practice state.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver occupational therapy to restore independence and function.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and educate patients and caregivers.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (ACOTE accredited)

Initial NBCOT registration

Current OT license in state of practice
