Job summary

Legacy Treatment Services Group is seeking an experienced In Community Therapist in Marlton, NJ. This part-time position involves assessing treatment needs and delivering evidence-based behavioral health services to youths and families in a community setting.

You will design and deliver interventions, teach staff, and participate on the treatment team to help youths achieve independence. Licensing requirements must be maintained, with certification timelines as specified.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related behavioral science.
• Must hold LAC, LSW, LPC or LCSW licensure.
• Must obtain Strength and Needs Assessment certification within 30 days of employment.
• Maintain professional license and continuing education requirements as per credentialing board.

Responsibilities

• The In Community Therapist will assess need for treatment, document and deliver clinical evidence-based behavioral health services to youth and their families in a community-based setting.
• Design and provide clinical interventions, teach staff and actively participate on the treatment team to enable youth to reach their highest levels of independence in the community.
• Will perform all duties necessary to meet state approved objectives, including cooperation with the licensee and Department of Children and Families (DCF) staff in any inspection or investigation.
• Plans, organizes, and implements clinical social work/counseling services including psychotherapy to Consumers and families under the clinical supervision of a qualified supervisor.

Job Details: Level: Experienced. Job Location: Intensive In Community - Marlton, NJ 08053. Position Type: Part Time. Education Level: Graduate Degree. Salary Range: $55.00 - $85.00 Hourly. Job Category: Nonprofit - Social Services.

Responsibilities:

• The In Community Therapist will assess need for treatment, document and deliver clinical evidence-based behavioral health services to youth and their families in a community-based setting.
• Design and provide clinical interventions, teach staff and actively participate on the treatment team to enable youth to reach their highest levels of independence in the community.
• Will perform all duties necessary to meet state approved objectives, including the requirement that the employee cooperate with the licensee and Department of Children and Families (DCF) staff in any inspection or investigation.
• Plans, organizes, and implements clinical social work/counseling services including psychotherapy to Consumers and families under the clinical supervision of a qualified supervisor.

Hours: Part-time; eligible for NJ Earned Sick Time.

Education/Experience:

• Masters Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or other behavioral science program approved for clinical licensure.
• Must have either a LAC, LSW, LPC or LCSW.
• Maintain professional license and continuing education requirements as per their credentialing board.
• Have secured or will secure and maintain Strength and Needs Assessment certification within 30 days of employment, and maintain it as required by DCF.
