Job summary

CALM HORIZON LLC is looking for a compassionate Intensive In-Community (IIC) Therapist to provide therapeutic services to children and families in their homes and communities. This part-time (per diem) role allows flexibility in scheduling and offers a competitive hourly rate between $65.00 and $85.00. Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, collaborating with service providers, and maintaining clinical documentation. Required licensure includes LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LAC, LSW, or LAMFT in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Prior experience providing in-home or community-based therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Monmouth County.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy in clients’ homes or community settings.

Position Summary

This is a flexible, per diem position that allows you to make your own schedule while earning a competitive hourly rate.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy in clients’ homes or community settings.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities (e.g., TF‑CBT, CBT, DBT, Play Therapy).
• Collaborate with families, case managers, and other service providers to ensure effective care coordination.
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Required Licensure: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LAC, LSW, or LAMFT (New Jersey).
• Experience: Prior experience providing in-home or community-based therapy to children, adolescents, and families.
