Job summary

CFG Health Network is seeking an Outpatient Therapist licensed to work with children, adolescents, and adults in Marlton, NJ. Hybrid scheduling options and clinical supervision are available to support professional development and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required in a behavioral health discipline.
• NJ License required: LSW, LAC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
• Experience with children and adolescents strongly preferred.
• ADOS certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults with emphasis on youth.
• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in the EHR.
• Provide family-focused care, collaborating with parents/guardians and other support systems.
• Utilize evidence-based approaches appropriate for developmental stages.
• Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and quality assurance activities.
• Provide on-call coverage and respond to outreach calls within 20 minutes.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for all patients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in the electronic health record.
• Provide family-focused care, collaborating with parents/guardians and other support systems when working with youth.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate for different developmental stages.
• Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and quality assurance activities.
• Provide on-call coverage for assigned cases and respond to outreach calls from CFG’s Access Center within 20 minutes when on-call.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for all patients.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health discipline
• NJ License Required: LSW, LAC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPC
• Experience working with children and adolescents strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education
• ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) certification preferred but not required. CFG Health Network will support interested clinicians in obtaining ADOS training and certification.
