Job summary

Clear Conscience Counselling currently seeks an Intensive In Community Therapist to provide evidence-based clinical services in the homes and communities of families served, focusing on children and adolescents from ages 3 to 21.

The role requires a Master's degree in a mental health field and active New Jersey licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LMFT-A or LAC). Clinicians with provisional licenses seeking supervision toward full licensure are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active licensure in NJ (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LSW, LMFT-A or LAC).
• Experience delivering therapy to children and families.
• Experience in home- and community-based services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions in clients' homes and community settings for children and adolescents ages 3-21
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive clinic
• Travel to clients' homes and community locations within the service area
• Strong understanding of child and family systems and developmental needs across ages 3-21
