Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism under BCBA guidance in an in-clinic setting in Madison, TN.

The role offers hourly pay between $23 and $25, full-time schedule Monday–Friday, paid training, ongoing supervision, and benefits including health coverage, PTO, tuition discounts, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience with children or individuals with autism or disabilities is helpful, but not required.
• Ability to meet applicable background check requirements.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions.
• Use the treatment strategies and behavior support plans developed for each client.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Share observations and questions with your supervising BCBA.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
