Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a registered behavior technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in a clinic setting in Conyers, GA. You will follow plans developed by a BCBA and receive supervision, training, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• RBT certification current or willingness to obtain RBT training and certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience with children or autism is helpful but not required.
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Record session data and complete documentation on time.
• Share observations with supervising BCBA.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families.
