Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in a clinic setting with children and young adults on the autism spectrum. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a BCBA and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.

This role offers paid training, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for professional development. The position is part-time with weekday scheduling; hourly pay ranges from $23 to $25, plus benefits for full-time

Competenze

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete training
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear communication, reliability and a desire to learn
• Background check requirements must be met
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel is required

Mansioni

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism
• Record session data and complete documentation on time
• Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and clinical team
• Participate in supervision, training and team meetings
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families
