Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults under a BCBA’s treatment plan. Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or disabilities is helpful, but not required
• Ability to meet applicable background check requirements
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism according to BCBA plans
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills in individualized sessions
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time
• Share observations with supervising BCBA
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families
