Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a highly skilled In-Circuit Test (ICT) Engineer for the 2nd shift at our Andover, MA facility. You will develop and implement test strategies to ensure the highest quality of our products, with a focus on Flying Probe in-circuit test programs and problem solving.

This onsite role requires a strong eye for detail, collaboration with design, manufacturing and quality teams, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM and 2+ years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. government security clearance.
• Experience in in-circuit test engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop Flying Probe in-circuit test programs for complex assemblies.
• Diagnose root causes of ICT failures.
• Support troubleshooting and repair of test equipment and fixtures.
• Analyze test data to identify trends and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing and quality to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Provide training to test operators and technicians.
