Job summary

RTX in Andover, MA is seeking a Technician for the Circuit Card Manufacturing area. The role focuses on visual inspection of electronic assemblies, verifying conformance to drawings, and supporting quality improvements on the production line.

You will collaborate with engineering and production teams, document defects, and assist with troubleshooting to maintain smooth operations. A 2‑year degree and hands‑on experience with electronics are required, along with strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree or equivalent and at least 2 years in electronics.
• Experience with electronic assemblies and QA processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection of electronic assemblies, including circuit boards, solder joints, wiring, and components to ensure quality standards.
• Verify assemblies meet engineering drawings, schematics, and customer specifications.
• Identify, document, and disposition defects and deviations from the manufacturing process.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and provide feedback for corrective actions.
• Provide real‑time support to the production floor by addressing quality concerns and assisting with troubleshooting.
