Dialysis Care Center in LaGrange, GA is seeking a Patient Care Tech (In Center) to deliver safe, compassionate dialysis patient care under RN supervision. The role supports machine setup, treatment documentation, vital signs, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards in a fast-paced center.

The position requires basic computer skills, ability to multitask, strong communication, and a commitment to ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of High School diploma or GED.
• Current CCHT, Bonent or State required certificate if experienced.
• CCHT, Bonent or State required certificate within 18 months per CMS regulations.
• Current CPR card if experienced or within 3 weeks of hire date.

Responsabilités

• Entering prescribed treatment into the dialysis machine, setting up dialysis machines, dismantling dialysis machines after treatment is completed.
• Perform vascular access evaluation pre-treatment and report unusual findings to the RN immediately.
• Obtain hemostasis and apply appropriate dressings.
• Assists in training of applicable direct patient care staff under RN supervision.
• Participates in mandatory continuing education and completes DCC University training modules.
• Maintains compliance with safety and infection prevention measures.
