Job summary
Dialysis Care Center in Chicago, IL is seeking a Patient Care Tech - In Center for full-time employment. You will support direct patient care under RN supervision, operate dialysis equipment, monitor vitals, and participate in training and quality initiatives.

Qualifications
- Must possess a minimum of High School diploma or GED.
- Current CCHT, Bonent or State required certificate if experienced.
- CCHT, Bonent or State required certificate within 18 months per CMS regulations.
- Current CPR card if experienced or within 3 weeks of hire date.
Responsibilities
- Enter prescribed treatment into the dialysis machine and set up/dismantle equipment.
- Monitor vital signs pre/post-dialysis and document on treatment records.
- Assist in training direct patient care staff under RN supervision.
- Observe machines and water systems, respond to alarms and adjust as needed.
- Maintain safety, infection control, and compliance across duties.
