Job summary

Dialysis Care Center in Cleveland, TN is seeking a Patient Care Technician - In Center. The incumbent will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, handle dialysis machine setup and monitoring, and support patient safety and comfort.

The role involves recording vitals, assisting with cannulation or catheter care where allowed, completing training modules, and participating in continuous education to uphold quality standards in our clinical settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CCHT or state certificate required or within 18 months per CMS regulations.
• Current CPR card if experienced or within 3 weeks of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Enter prescribed treatment into dialysis machines and set up/dismantle equipment.
• Monitor vital signs and record during/after dialysis.
• Train direct patient care staff under RN supervision.
• Assist with missed treatment interventions and inventory management.
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and facility policies.
