Dialysis Care Center in Taylor, MI is seeking a Patient Care Technician - In Center to provide safe, compassionate direct patient care under RN supervision, supporting clinical excellence and patient safety in a busy dialysis setting.

Responsibilities include setting up dialysis machines, monitoring vital signs, documenting treatments, participating in training, and ensuring infection prevention compliance. Must have HS diploma or GED, CPR, and CCHT/state cert within 18 months.

Formación

• Must possess a minimum of High School diploma or GED.
• Current CCHT, Bonent or State required certificate if experienced.
• CCHT, Bonent or State required certificate within 18 months per CMS regulations.
• Current CPR card if experienced or within 3 weeks of hire date.
• PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Enter prescribed treatment into the dialysis machine and set up/dismantle equipment.
• Monitor vital signs pre- and post-dialysis and document on treatment records.
• Observe machines and alarms; respond to issues to ensure patient safety.
• Assist in training direct patient care staff under a nurse.
• Participate in missed treatment interventions and notify the team promptly.
• Complete daily opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with inventory and supply management as needed.
