Job summary

Home Dialysis Services & Dialysis Care Center, LLC is seeking a Patient Care Tech - PRN to provide hemodialysis support under RN supervision in-center. The role covers setup, monitoring, and post-treatment tasks to ensure patient safety and comfort.

Required qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, CCHT or state certificate, and CPR. Strong computer skills and teamwork are essential in a fast-paced environment with strict safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Proficiency with PC and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Enter prescribed treatment into dialysis machine and set up/dismantle equipment.
• Monitor dialysis machines and RO water system; respond to alarms.
• Record patient vitals before, during and after treatment.
• Perform vascular access evaluation and report findings to RN.
• Cannulate vascular access or catheter care as allowed by state law.
• Collect and prepare lab samples for shipping.
• Maintain infection prevention and safety protocols.
• Assist in inventory management and attend required staff meetings.
