Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA therapy for children with autism in our Texas centers. This full-time, in-center role features a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and a compensation package ranging from $84,000 to $119,000 per year, with additional earnings for supervising trainees and mentoring RBTs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education.
• Active BCBA certification with BACB and licensure in applicable states.
• Experience supervising RBTs and coordinating ABA services.

Responsibilities

• Set individualized, evidence-based goals in collaboration with families after assessment.
• Deliver high-quality ABA treatment in a child-centered environment.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to support consistent, compassionate care.
• Collaborate with families to track progress and celebrate growth.
